If you are from Slovenia, you probably own ABC (electronic toll collection system). And I bet you always wondered what's inside that little white box. Well, now you can...

The story goes like this: couple of months ago my ABC tablet reported more than 8.000.000 EUR on my account. That lead DARS (Motorway Cmopany in Slovenia) official believe that it's broken. I tried to convince them that the balance is real, that I'm REALLY that rich. They insisted that the life span of ABC tablet is 5 years and that mine is more than 7 years old and that I should get another one. I had no choice, so I did.

And I also opened old one, just to check if there are really 8 millions € in there...

  Top Bottom

You guest right - they weren't there. Go figure.

The timing (for that 8 mil) would be spot on ;). BTW, did you get to keep the old one? If I remember correctly the terms of use state they only lend it to you though technically it's still owned by them. No?

@Dane: that would be nice, yes. If you have time, I can lend you both of them! :)

@PeterK: Any time is good time for 8 million EUR, I would say. :) Yes, they let me keep the old one with no problem.
