So, I heard many of folks like SearchDotNet.com and their default .NET related search engine.

I just found in SQL Server Magazine that there is a similar service by William McEvoy available for SQL specific searches at SqlHunter.com

PS: did you notice that logo changes with every refresh? Wicked.
