I just uploaded a new version of SiBlogs engine and site. It should solve couple of problems users found:

  • posts that have timestamp in the future are not added to the list until their time has come, as reported/exploited/observed by geman, area52, sralec and klemen
  • poor performance of the site at nigh hours, reported by house

There are still two bugs open, I hope I can fixed them as soon as possible:

  • new beta Blogger Atom feed are not understood by scanner
  • sometimes (when title is empty) Atom scanner puts content in the title
  • update: the engine doesn’t take into account the utc offset somtimes writen in date values

What about the zone property of some datetime values? E.g. feedburner.com's datetime format:

"ddd, dd mmm yyyy hh:mm:ss Zhhmm"

Zhhmm denotes the offset in hours (and minutes) from the GMT datetime.

"Mon, 11 Sep 2006 13:40:00 -0500" = "2006-09-11 18:40:00"

Yeah, that too. Added to the list above.
