As things get really serious it's time that I write about Ažo and Kristian. We did quite some sailing together couple of years back, but they took things to a completely different level and started 4ocean. They are now really close to fulfilling their dreams and participating in one of the craziest competitions known to man - Mini Transat 650. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, it's a solo (solo like in your alone on the boat) race across the Atlantic in a 6.5 meters long sailing boats with an obvious name: mini. They will be the first two Slovenes to compete. We had Jure Šterk on the start (twice) before, but it's safe to say he wasn't competing.
Back to Ažo and Kristian and their 509 and 510. They finished 5th and 9th in the last race and are currently in 1st and 3rd place on the waiting list for the Mini Transat 650 2006. Results are very solid and it looks like their projects has acquired enough sponsors and resources so they look to be in position to fight for top places.
If this kind of sports interests you, you might want to visit 4ocean's site. They both write for sailing magazines and give presentations, so it's real fun to read their reports.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, guys! Good luck!
