.NET

• ScottGu: Releasing the Source Code for the .NET Framework Libraries, Frans Bouma: Don't look at the sourcecode of .NET licensed under the 'Reference license', Miguel de Icaza: Microsoft Opens up the .NET Class Libraries Source Code  - if you live under the rock and you managed to miss news of the month, you should really read this three posts.
• Free Code Translation for .NET (C# & VB.NET) - Copy past C# <-> VB translation. Old stuff, but I recommended it this week so I bookmarked it.

Development tools

• LINQPad (via OdeToCode) - I'm planning to do some LINQ diving this week.
• SQL Command Visualizer for Visual Studio 2005 - Sweet idea. I don't think I'll remember to use it when the time comes, though.
• Inconsolata - open source "rip" of my favorite monospaced font Consolas.
• Merge tracking - Merge tracking is a big new feature of Subversion 1.5. Read, learn, try. It's going to rock.

ASP.NET

• Combine multiple stylesheets at runtime - Mads Kristensen of BlogEngine.NET had great idea about merging .CSS files and he pulled it of.

Database

• db4objects - I played a bit with this Java and .NET open source object database engine and it feels right. It also has great documentation. If you are looking for some code to play with, this is it.

Software

• grepWin - If I need to search in files I usually use Visual Studio and do Find in Files. I'm still looking for a decent tool to do that. This is a new candidate. Since it comes from the author(s) of TortoiseSVN, I have high hopes for i.
• Defraggler - Freeware file (!, not disk) defragment tool from the people that brought you CCleaner and Recuva.
• JkDefrag  - No buttons, no menus freeware disk defragment tool.
• Snadboy - Reveal passwords behind password fields. You can also use Spy++ or Winspector too.

Web

• Remember the milk - I heard/read it's better than Todoist.
• Homepage Startup - I wrote an app like this not long ago, when i thumbnail homepage in Opera. This one is one of many, but this one feels fast. 
• (gcalcli) Google Calendar Command Line Interface - Ahhhhh... Pure geekery. Command line interface for Web2.0 app. Software doesn't get any better that this.

Linux

• flash-Puppy - How to run Puppy on any bootable USB storage media, such as flash memory. Next chance for Linux OS is nearing. This is a candidate.

DIY

• The €2 Laptop Stand - This works great. I made a prototype and next time I'm in hardware store I'm picking up stuff to make it for real.

Updated software

• Tomato Firmware 1.09 - simple fix from 1.08, but I was still at 1.06. Better check yours.
• WordPress 2.3 - you can do preflight check before you upgrade to check compatibility of plugins and themes.
• ACDSee 10 - if you are still using it, that is.
• TimeSnapper 2.5 - password protected and encrypted snapshots.
• GhostDoc 2.1.1
• [xplorer²] 1.7.0.5
• Recuva 1.06.132  - Freeware undelete.
