The new si.blogs list is live at siblogs.com. Check it out and tell me what you think, let me know if I messed up anything, if you have any ideas. Basic idea is to make updating si.blogs list a little easier for me and to provide users more information in a compact form.
As of this moment, I have stopped updating the old si.blogs list and the only current is at siblogs.com.
So, how it works? There is a process running on my server that scans all the blogs in my database every couple hour or so (I still have to figure out exact schedule). It checks for new posts at active blogs and updates the site accordingly. You will probably notice hits from my server in your stats.
Users can browse the list, get some more information (don't be shy, just click on the 
icon!). Sort and filter the blogs as you prefer and bookmark the URL when it is sorted and filtered to you liking (I have some strange names for filters and sorts. Do you have a better idea?) You can also add new blogs by writing the info in a simple form. There are also new instructions for linking to si.blogs. Please update your link to www.siblogs.com or add the link if you are on the list and don't have a link yet.
This is just a start, I have more ideas that will materialize in the site will get any users. Some features that are on my to-do list for si.blogs:
- translate whole site to Slovenian language
- the list of recent posts from all blogs
- more info about blogs
- generation of OPML file
- categorizing and filtering of blogs (personal, technical,...)
- different statistics (popularity, post counting,...)
- FAQ
