After couple of months of successful use (I don't event know about it) I decided to publish another small command utility I wrote. I really originally named it RssImageArchiver. It retrieves specified RSS feed, parses the content for images and then downloads the images to specified folder. If you schedule it you can use it to backup any kind of images. I use it to collect web comics.

If you want to archive more than one feed, I suggest you create a batch file with calls to RssImageArchiver and then schedule that file. Very much like WebSpy.
